As part of its broader expansion strategy, the company extended its presence in the Saudi market through its affiliation with Al Jawad Carton, a specialist in folding carton packaging – complementing Takamul’s flexible packaging expertise. Building on this foundation, Takamul expanded regionally through the acquisition of Express Print Pack, Express Flexi Pack, and Gulf Packaging Industries in the United Arab Emirates, strengthening its capabilities across key packaging segments.
In 2023, this growth and diversification were marked by a rebrand to Takamul Industries, reflecting its wider scope and continued commitment to delivering high-quality, comprehensive packaging solutions across the region.
Today, with over 1,200 employees and a century of combined industry expertise, our five specialized companies lead in the manufacturing of folding cartons, lids, laminates, flexible and corrugated packaging.
